Darren Gladstone — Founder & CEO
Darren Gladstone founded Impaktive Group with a clear vision: to help organizations doing good work turn their intentions into lasting impact.
With over 30 years of experience spanning business strategy, marketing, operations, and accessibility, Darren has worked with Tech4Good companies and previously built a successful marketing agency. He holds a graduate degree in Marketing and an MBA in Sustainability, grounding his leadership in both strategic execution and long-term responsibility.
Originally from the UK via Israel and now based in Washington, DC, Darren brings a global perspective and hands-on approach to every partnership. His leadership ensures Impaktive Group remains focused on clarity, collaboration, and results that truly matter.
Korrine Herlth — Accessibility Consultant
Korrine Herlth brings a powerful combination of professional expertise and lived experience to Impaktive Group’s accessibility work.
As an Accessibility Consultant and college student pursuing an associate’s degree as a Disability Specialist, Korrine focuses on practical, people-centered accessibility solutions. As someone who is legally blind and hard of hearing, she understands firsthand how inclusive design, or the lack of it, impacts daily life.
In 2025, Korrine was honored with the Dr. George Ducharme Disability Specialist Award from CT State Community College in Manchester, Connecticut, recognizing her advocacy, leadership, and dedication to accessibility and inclusion.
Peter Slatin — Chief Accessibility Consultant
Peter Slatin is a nationally respected blind writer, advocate, and accessibility consultant with decades of experience advancing inclusive practices.
In 2012, Peter founded Slatin Group LLC to provide disability and accessibility training for leaders, HR teams, and service professionals. His work emphasizes social accessibility, helping organizations move beyond compliance to create environments where people genuinely feel included.
Based in New York City, Peter’s expertise has reached thousands across the United States, influencing better practices, policies, and organizational culture.
